(Flexible Manufacturing System) This ultra fast and ultra accurate horizontal milling cell will attract precisely the type of parts that we are best at machining. And now, we're even better!
Makino A55 Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS): 8 Machines w/52 pallets. (3) Makino A55E Horizontal Machining Centers (5) Makino A55 Delta Horizontal Machining Centers Each machine is equipped with 14,500 rpm "JET" spindle, 138 auto tool changer, 0.9 second tool changer, through-spindle coolant, 2200 IPM rapid traverse 2200 IPM machining. FMS includes 52 interchangeable pallets connected by a railway system with a pallet transfer vehicle and 3 workload stations.
